I have years of experience supporting folks with anxiety, trauma and pregnancy/postpartum mental health and disordered eating. I tend to be relational, direct and love a strategic use of humor when things get dark in life.

I provide individual therapy for teens and adults (ages 16+) across Colorado, offering both in-person sessions and convenient telehealth options.
